If you didn't go you missed a perfect day of gravel. We had about 25 - 30 riders show up. Peat came down from STL, Cory and Adam came in from Owensville with their crew, the Mitch, Les and I drove down from Jeff, even Art came down from Mexico. When we rolled out at noon it was 30 degrees and overcast and I don't think it got much warmer than that all day, PERFECT. The roads were clear of snow and still frozen solid. The climbs down there are no joke and after the 1st one I was off the back of the group. I caught up to The Mitch half way up the next one and we road the rest of the day together. On the 27 mile loop I think we might have seen 4 cars, one was driven by a 5 year old and almost took us out. After the ride we headed into town for mexican food in what was the coldest restaurant I've ever eaten in. It was a good day on the bike. This Sunday, Herman.
