Injury Report

The ankle has continued to hurt and hasn't gotten much better so I broke down and headed to the Dr.  He ordered an MRI on my ankle where it was discovered that a piece of cartilage has torn off and there are several minor tears in the ligaments surrounding my ankle.

So needless to say I am out of commission for a while longer. 

Here is my ankle just after I injured it. 

I get to wear this lovely device the next 4 weeks.  I am calling DAS BOOOOOOOT!
