Web site and 2010 schedule

We've been very busy here at Team Red Wheel these past few weeks.  Along with the racing and interweb smack talking, we've also been working on other projects.  As Barry mentioned in his previous post, we are working on a jersey design for next year.  We have added a few sponsors and are in negotiations with a few more. 

One thing we would like to present to potential sponsors is a list of races we will be doing.  We sat down Wednesday night and came up with a list of the races with known dates.  These races have been added to our google calendar.  We have added the dates for the Hermann/Jeff City/Rolla/Columbia gravel grinder series and registration dates for some of the larger races(Ouachita and Dirty Kanza).  To make it easier to view the calendar, we have added a link to open it full screen. It is located below the calendar on the left. 

If you have any races you would like added, let me know.  Or just add it yourself - I'm not your secretary.  The schedule for the UFD series has not been officially released - those races will be added as soon as it is.  We had a request to add links to the calendar to take you to the race website.  This has been done, to get to the link you must...

• Click the Open calendar (full screen) link we added.
• Select the event you want and click the "more details" link, e.g, Washington Cross - a Jeff Yielding event( which is this Sunday)
• Select the provided link and it will take you to the site, e.g.,  http://washingtoncx.blogspot.com/)

We are looking to update the Team Red Wheel site to make it a little more P R O.  We are in the processing of adding our sponsors links and logos.  We have discussed adding a page to display team members pictures, profiles, and possibly results.  If you want to add a link to a web site or to your friends blog, we can do that.  If you have any ideas to make the Team Red Wheel site better, let us know.
