Double Middle Fork Update

The Seagal kids have updated their blog to indicate that they will be rolling onto the trail at 9 am. Like, have your shit together and be on your two-wheeler by 9. Bopp and I are carpooling down there that morning and will be doing one lap at the speed of casual-as-fuck-so-we're-ok-for-the-Capital-City-Race.

There's always room in the "Shake 'n' Bake" Cruiser for another TRW soldier, so if anyone needs a ride just hit me up. I'm kinda nervous about posting my cell #, so you can call Nick at the shop if you need it.

If you've never done Middle Fork before, please know that you will need a FULL Camelbak and lots of food.This is the Salma Hayek of Singletrack; sleek, beautifully smooth and curvy as hell with some serious hilltops.
