As I'm sure you've already seen, Luke and I have decided to compete in this year's Bonk Hard Chill in early February. This is where we'll post our training progress and questions, etc. If you don't see anything posted for a few days feel free to chime in and bust our balls. Accountability and motivation is what this thread is all about.
Last night I ran 3.5 miles around Holts Summit at a decent long distance pace. Then I put in a quick 5 mile ride on the Single speed to get my legs spun out.
If anyone is interested in running at night I usually get off around 7. I also plan on hitting Binder on the MTB 1-2 times a week at night if anyone is interested in that. Hit me up.
