Specialized BicyclesI'm organizing a ride on the Riverfront Trail starting in downtown St. Louis on the morning of September 14. Start time is 9 am. This is the day of the final stage of the Tour of Missouri. The stage starts at 2 pm. Severl folks are already interested in doing this ride which will follow the Riverfront Trail from downtown St. Louis north across the Chain of Rocks and into Illinois. It will be a casually paced ride totaling approximately 30 miles. We'll be back to downtown early enough so riders can get cleaned up and then head over to watch the final stage of the Tour. Bring any bike you want. It is a paved trail and almost completely flat. We'll start at the trailhead at the Laclede Power Building. Here's a link to the map of the trail.
