Tour de France commercial - 2nd try

The cyclist is Michael Rasmussen.  During last year's Tour, he was kicked off of his team while leading by over 3 minutes with only a few stages left. Why, was he kicked off?  Because there were reports that he was seen training in the Italian mountains, when he had told his team and the UCI that he was in Mexico.  That is why he had the mariachi band following him.
